25 years ago, we began purchasing New Zealand forestry land and assets. This is not only a strong investment which diversifies our core building assets, but one that also offsets our carbon footprint.

We continue to invest in forestry. Currently the amount of carbon dioxide produced in powering our property portfolio annually is offset 20x by the quantum of carbon dioxide sequestered by our forestry assets.
